Paths use JSON Pointer: an empty string means the whole document, /0 is the first array item, ~1 escapes a slash and ~0 escapes a tilde. added, removed and changed describe the change type. Numerically equal values such as 1 and 1.0 match. Duplicate object keys are rejected. Limits: 500,000 characters per input, 100 nesting levels and 10,000 changes.
